Core Values
- Relationships First
- We prioritize building genuine, lasting relationships based on trust, respect, and open communication. By focusing on people before transactions, we create meaningful connections that lead to long-term success and mutual growth.
- Quality over Quantity
- We are committed to delivering high-caliber work and personalized service, even if that means taking on fewer clients. Our focus is on doing things exceptionally well rather than simply doing more. Our goal is to provide uncommon service and attention to detail.
- Integrity and Honesty
- We operate with transparency and uphold the highest ethical standards in all our actions. We believe that doing the right thing—even when it’s not the easiest—is the foundation for trust and credibility.
- Stewardship and Education
- We see ourselves as responsible stewards of land, resources, and relationships. Through ongoing education—both for ourselves and our clients—we empower informed decision-making and sustainable outcomes.
- Faith
- Our values are founded upon and shaped by a deep Christian faith. We are imperfect people devoted to serving others and being “salt and light” in our world.

About Brian
Brian Ripley, a Colorado native, grew up immersed in the state’s rugged landscapes—an environment that shaped his adventurous spirit and deep-rooted connection to the land. From managing cattle on horseback to competing in hockey, his diverse experiences reflect a lifelong commitment to purpose, faith, and core values.
While earning a Master’s in Animal Science from Colorado State University, Brian specialized in ranch management systems, launching a career dedicated to responsible land stewardship. His leadership roles—first as Operations Manager at Lost Valley Ranch, then as General Manager of King Creek Ranch and owner of Ripley Livestock LLC—gave him nearly two decades of experience in agricultural and recreational operations.
Recognizing the complexity and interdependence of land, people, and resources, Brian expanded into consulting and became a licensed real estate professional in 2017. Today, he combines practical expertise with a values-driven approach to help clients make informed, lasting decisions. Brian and his wife, Kira, now guide their three adult sons while continuing to live out their shared commitment to faith, service, and community. Affiliations
